1. What defines the quality of NawabZadi ensembles?

At NawabZadi, we pride ourselves on using only premium fabrics, including high-grade raw silk, ethereal organza, and fine cotton. Each piece undergoes a rigorous quality check and features authentic artisanal craftsmanship, such as hand-placed Zardozi, pearls, and intricate threadwork.

2. Do you offer customized stitching or bespoke designs?

Currently, we offer our collections in standard sizes (Small, Medium, and Large) as per our size chart. Any availability for custom measurements will be explicitly mentioned in the specific product description.


Orders & Shipping


3. How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard Collections: 3 to 5 working days for major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad) and 5 to 7 working days for other regions.
Formal/Festive Collections: Due to the detailed hand-embellishments, these may take 10 to 15 working days.

4. What are the shipping costs?

We offer Complimentary Standard Shipping across Pakistan on all orders above Rs. 6,000. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee will be applied at checkout.

5. How can I track my shipment?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via SMS and Email containing a unique tracking ID. You can use this ID on our "Track Order" page or the courier partner’s website to monitor your delivery.


Payments & Returns


6. What payment methods do you accept?

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for your convenience. Additionally, we accept secure payments via Bank Transfers and all major Credit/Debit cards.

7. What is your Exchange & Return policy?

We want you to love your purchase. If you receive a defective item or have sizing issues, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure the garment is unworn, in its original condition, and with all tags intact.
